If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you contact us via email@example.com within 24 hours of recieving them and you return them to us within 14 days. After 24 hours and we are unable to assist you. You must use a trackable delivery method. We will only accept returns that are in the original packaging
In this case, you will be offered a full refund, after we have received the returned products. In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will refund the returned postage costs up to a maximum of £3. If an item is returned to us and is deemed to not be faulty, a restocking fee of £2.50 will be added. We do not currently allow returns of non-faulty products.
You MUST report missing items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Reports after this time will not be dealt with
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
